Sali Murchi Chicken and Apricot Curry (serves 4)
This is a Parsee style dish with jaggery, apricots and vinegar for a wonderful balance of sweet and sour.
This is ideal with white meats or tofu, paneer or chickpeas.
This is a meal the whole family will race home to enjoy with rice, polenta or even mash.

For best results we recommend Slow Cooker , Pot or Camp Oven
Lightly fry the bottle contents, add a 400g can of tomatoes (with liquid), + the chicken and 3 tablespoons of white vinegar.
Add enough water to JUST cover the chicken and leave in your slow cooker all day.
